Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a warm, organized Spa Coordinator to welcome guests, understand their needs, coordinate appointments, and craft a customized spa journey. As a key link between guests, practitioners, Spa leadership and other hotel teams, you’ll ensure a seamless, personalized experience from arrival to checkout.

In a fast-paced hospitality environment you’ll balance hospitality with organization, attention to detail and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume, guest-facing hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service role preferred.
• Spa or hotel experience preferred.
• Consultative selling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, email, and payment-processing systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist upon spa arrival.
• Engage guests to understand needs, preferences, and plans.
• Recommend customized spa treatments and experiences.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel spa appointments using the reservation system.
• Process transactions and provide accurate information on services and amenities.
• Coordinate with practitioners and Spa leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain guest records and reservation documentation.
• Maintain an organized, professional Spa reception area.
• Protect confidentiality of guest information and hotel records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks as needed.
