Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a friendly Pool Attendant to deliver welcoming, attentive service around the pool area. You will assist guests with chairs and towels, keep surfaces clean, and coordinate with Food & Beverage and housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.

This outdoor role requires energy, reliable teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety and presentation in a vibrant Miami Beach setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, pool, resort, beach club, recreation, or guest service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and pool policies.
• Able to work outdoors in Miami's heat and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests with warm hospitality.
• Assist guests with locating and setting up pool chairs and seating.
• Provide fresh towels and replenish them throughout the guest experience.
• Maintain the pool deck, dock, and surrounding areas.
• Monitor pool amenities and report maintenance issues.
