• Answer calls promptly and relay messages; retrieve mail and packages for guests.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and address any dissatisfaction or allowances.
• Resolve guest complaints through effective research and negotiation; maintain composure.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure security and safety procedures are followed for guests and associates.
