Qualifications

• Guest service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with efficiency and courtesy.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues to deliver award-winning service.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and assist other hotel teams as needed.
• Support guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
