Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Front Desk or Concierge experience preferred.
• 1 year of Guest Services experience in a resort setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP customers, answer questions, and verify reservations.
• Ensure VIP check-in/out is efficient and flawless.
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for add-ons.
• Handle charges/credits and balance cash transactions per procedure.
