• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with check-out and process various forms of payment.
• Field guest complaints, research, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the hotel’s services and local area.
• Follow hotel policies and safety standards, and improve operational practices.
• Participate in upselling and marketing programs to boost revenue.
• Work cohesively with the team and collaborate with management and colleagues.
