Job summary

Killington Grand Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Team Lead to supervise the front office and bell/valet teams, ensuring smooth guest experiences and adherence to hospitality standards. You will train staff, resolve guest issues, and coordinate with departments to maintain safety and service excellence across the resort.

Strong supervisory and hospitality knowledge help you manage check-ins, inquiries, and operations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• College-level study in hotel management or related field is desirable.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.
• Experience with specified PMS, access control, and booking systems.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; general computer skills.
• Previous customer service in hotel environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct front desk agents.
• Resolve guest issues promptly.
• Oversee front desk and bell/valet operations.
• Enforce safety procedures and emergency plans.
• Ensure guest check-in/out accuracy and payment processing.
• Coordinate with management and other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel and local amenities.
• Schedule staffing and payroll tasks.
