Job summary

Smugglers' Notch Resort is seeking a friendly Guest Service Desk Agent to welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You will greet arrivals and departures, process check-ins and check-outs, and provide expert guidance on resort programs, dining, and local attractions.

In this role you’ll assist guests with booking activities, manage room reservations, and handle billing adjustments with a positive, problem-solving attitude. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or resort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome upon arrival and departure.

• Provide expert guidance on resort programs, package inclusions, dining options, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with booking all resort activities.
• Manage room reservations and process billing adjustments as needed.
• Address guest questions and concerns in person and over the phone with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
