Smugglers in Jeffersonville, VT seeks a friendly Guest Service Desk Agent to greet guests, assist with check-ins/outs and guide them to resort amenities and local attractions. You’ll handle bookings, answer questions, and keep guest experiences smooth and memorable.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, with strong communication and listening skills, comfortable with computers, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior resort or customer service experience is a plus.
