Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional service at the front desk of our hotel in Houma, LA. You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, answer inquiries, and ensure a memorable stay with a focus on hospitality and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality training preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel reservation software is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in, provide information about amenities.
• Handle check-outs, ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
• Answer and manage calls, respond to inquiries, provide solutions.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations as needed.
• Provide concierge services, recommend local attractions and restaurants.
• Maintain a tidy front desk area; assist with luggage handling.
