Job summary

Flow is hiring an Experience Agent in Fort Lauderdale to welcome residents and guests, handle mail and packages, assist with administrative tasks, and support community events. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate will greet and register guests, respond to inquiries, and work with leasing to manage move-ins/outs and renewals. Flexibility for varied hours including weekends and holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish helpful.
• Able to use various software for guest requests and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality to residents and guests, handling special requests.
• Greet, register guests, and collect payment information.
• Respond to guest requests with local recommendations.
• Resolve complaints and assist with inquiries about services and hours.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs with Leasing Team and lease renewals.
• Direct lobby traffic and maintain communal areas.
• Follow guidelines and maintain professional appearance.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests and hours.
• Handle checkout, cash management, and cashier policies.
• Manage packages, mail, and access for vendors/visitors.
• Organize reports and logs; track project information.
• Stay informed on local attractions and use software for requests.
• Collaborate with community engagement for events and programs.
