Job summary

Flow is seeking a Member & Community Experience Associate to welcome guests, residents, and visitors with warmth, while handling requests via Zendesk and supporting move-ins, access, and lobby operations. You’ll ensure security, coordinate packages, and help maintain Flow’s high standard of living experience.

The role emphasizes clear communication, cash handling, and a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced, hospitality-inspired environment. Join a team focused on community and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality or service.
• Ability to communicate warmly and clearly, in person and in writing.
• Comfort with handling cash and basic shift handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests and residents, welcome on tours and visitors.
• Assist with hotel stays for Flow properties; issue/disable fobs as needed.
• Receive and resolve neighbor, guest, and vendor requests via Zendesk.
• Manage move-ins/outs and access; coordinate elevator reservations.
• Maintain lobby standards and assist with amenities and events.
