Job summary

Flow is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Miami to warmly welcome residents and guests, assist with check-in/out, manage packages, and support community events. You will collaborate with Leasing and property teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.

Candidates should have strong communication, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask in a luxury setting. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus. Availability on weekends/holidays is common in this role at Flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Residential Services or Hospitality experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Excellent communication written and spoken English; Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism to residents and hotel guests.
• Welcome, register, and assist guests; obtain payment information as needed.
• Respond to guest requests with local knowledge and property practices.
