Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with a focus on hospitality and accuracy. You will assist guests in person and online, provide information about local activities, and ensure room readiness and secure keys for guests.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining guest accounts, and supporting related front-office tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a front desk agent preferred.
• High school diploma or GED certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prioritization and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Issues room key and escort instructions to Bell person or guest.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration, and local attractions.
• Computes bill, collects payment, and manages guest accounts.
