Job summary

Solage is seeking a Bellman to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth transition into exceptional experiences. You will assist with luggage, provide arrival greetings, and coordinate transportation while guiding guests to local attractions and amenities.

Responsibilities include handling packages, serving as a communication link among hotel departments, and delivering efficient, friendly service to all guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms for a seamless process.
• Greet guests warmly on arrival and offer assistance as needed.
• Arrange transportation (taxis/shuttles) and share local tips.
• Receive and deliver packages and mail securely and promptly.
• Act as liaison between guests and hotel departments to coordinate services.
