Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Bellman to greet guests, offer local recommendations, and assist with reservations and special requests. You will be the friendly face guiding guests throughout their stay, leveraging local expertise to enhance the hotel experience.

Ideal candidates are personable, resourceful, and passionate about hospitality, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong English reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Warm, professional demeanor reflecting HVMG’s Culture of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be the knowledgeable, friendly guide for hotel guests; provide personalized recommendations and assistance.
• Offer information on local attractions, make reservations, and assist with travel arrangements.
• Report to the Front Office Manager.
