Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC in Florida is seeking a friendly Bellman to assist guests with luggage, greet arrivals and departures, and support front desk and concierge teams in a fast-paced lobby environment.

You will help with valet operations, ensure luggage is stored safely, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby while staying aware of ongoing hotel functions. Strong English communication and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Able to smile during interactions.
• Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
• Maintain uniform standards on site.
• Proficient reading, writing and spoken English.
• Able to stand for long periods and move quickly.
• Able to pass a driving test and hold a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Age 18 or older; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greeting arriving guests and retrieving their luggage.
• Transporting departing guests’ luggage from rooms to the lobby.
• Ensure guest has verified retrieval of all luggage.
• Assist in keeping lobby area clean and orderly.
• Ensure luggage stored safely per procedures.
• Stay aware of hotel functions and events.
• Provide gracious, attentive, and friendly service.
• Assist with valet operations.
• Other duties as required.
