You will assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, provide property orientation, and communicate with discretion to anticipate needs.

Work with front desk, concierge, and valet to ensure seamless service; maintain a professional appearance and knowledge of local attractions.

Qualifications

• Prior bell services, guest services, or hospitality experience in a luxury or boutique hotel preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-focused approach.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous demeanor.
• Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure, creating a welcoming first and last impression.
• Assist guests with luggage, escorting them to and from guest rooms while providing property and room orientation.
• Communicate professionally with guests to anticipate needs, answer questions, and offer assistance in a discreet and service-oriented manner.
• Coordinate arrivals and departures with the front desk, concierge, and valet teams to ensure seamless service.
• Safely handle, transport, and store guest luggage with care and accountability.
