Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Boulder, CO seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle registrations, and process payments with accuracy. You will coordinate with housekeeping and guest services to fulfill requests and enhance the guest experience.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with benefits for eligible regular staff. Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred, along with strong communication and cash-handling skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred
• Previous front desk experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to enhance guest experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in/out
• Provide overview of hotel and amenities to guests
• Coordinate with other departments for guests' needs and requests
• Assist in making recommendations for local restaurants and activities
• Maintain cash bank and daily settlement of cash
• Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and clean
• Follow hotel policies and procedures
• Assist in emergencies and security procedures as directed
• Complete tasks and support other departments as needed
