Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, assign rooms.
• Provide hotel information and amenities to guests.
• Coordinate daily needs with other departments.
• Assist guests with reservations, changes and cancellations.
• Maintain cash bank and handle daily cash settlements.
• Support housekeeping to ensure rooms meet standards.
