Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking team members to support event experiences, greet guests, scan tickets, and escort guests to seats. You will uphold safety and service standards, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment across nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience and can stand for long periods. Many benefits and team programs are highlighted on the company's benefits page.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to stand entire shift and walk up and down bleacher steps.
• Work is primarily nights and weekends when shows are scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience.
• Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL.
• Greet guests and scan tickets and / or escort guests to their proper assigned seats.
• Acknowledges all guest related issues and reports to Supervisor.
• Maintains a clean, safe, & healthy work environment while enforcing all of HRL policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Employee must stand during entire shift.
• Occasionally must walk on stairs.
