Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Baton Rouge is seeking a hospitality professional to manage guest and team relations and ensure high-quality service in a dynamic casino environment.

The role includes leading departmental meetings, maintaining service standards, coordinating with regulators, and supporting internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance and a superior guest experience. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Build guest and team member relations
• Participate and conduct departmental meetings
• Ensure high-quality service to all team members and guests
• Maintain guest service standards and ensure standards are followed
• Assist and advise personnel to assure compliance with internal controls and SOPs
• Develop, implement and maintain internal controls and procedures
• Correspond and communicate with state regulators
• Review regulatory and compliance activities and audit follow-ups
• Provide policy guidance and documentation support
• Track and complete government reporting
• Manage escalated guest service issues discreetly
• Be aware of guest alcohol limitations and policies
• Communicate important information to senior staff and other teams
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to policies
• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow lawful directions from supervisors
• Uphold confidentiality policies
• Interact positively with others and maintain morale
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and holidays
