Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Baton Rouge is seeking a casino team member to assist guests and handle cash operations on a full-time basis.

You will build guest relations, process chip transactions, redeem tickets, and maintain accuracy in cash drawers while adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and excellent guest service skills.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Gaming industry experience is preferred.
• 2 years of high-volume cash handling experience, preferred.
• Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in company and departmental meetings.
• Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back.
• Redeem and sell chips.
• Process Tito tickets by validating and redeeming value.
• Validate and settle Slot machine jackpots and cancel credit payouts.
• Issue table chip fills and table credits.
