Job summary

Michaels is hiring at SAC-WOODLAND, CA for a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You will handle truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep the aisles neat and in stock.

Preferred candidates have retail or customer service experience; you must be able to stand long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lifting heavy boxes and reaching high shelves may be required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes; maintain store recovery.
