Michaels is seeking a Customer Service Team Member at our Woodland, CA store to assist shoppers, locate products, and ensure a quick, friendly checkout experience. The role includes participating in truck unloads, stocking, and keeping shelves in top condition to meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move through store for long periods.
• Fulfills age requirement and compliance per US law.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and offer solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
• Support store recovery, shelf maintenance, and stock availability.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; promote a positive store image.
