Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Promote rewards program enrollment and educate customers on VOC.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
• Support shrink and safety programs as required.
