Job summary

Global Partners LP in New Hampshire seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while completing store-level tasks efficiently and safely.

You will greet guests, operate the point of sale, replenish products, maintain housekeeping, and support vendor check-ins; the role offers hourly pay with benefits including health, retirement, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside or in cooler.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and stocking.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as directed.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
