Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations in Massachusetts. You will greet customers, assist with checkout, stock shelves, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while following company policies and vendor procedures.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend and holiday shifts, plus basic computer skills and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operation policies.
• Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards; manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management.
