Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and ensure a clean, well-stocked environment, while following safety and security policies.

The role includes operating the POS, handling cash, and supporting vendor check-ins and merchandising projects, with shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
