Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in New Hampshire to deliver a top-notch guest experience while completing store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and support daily operations with accuracy and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or retail.
• Ability to operate a POS and handle cash securely.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift light loads.
• Must be able to count, read, and write for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping tasks daily.
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising.
• Support onboarding of new hires.
• Other duties as assigned.
