Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks in our Massachusetts location. You will greet guests, handle point-of-sale duties, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure products are in stock while communicating guest needs to management.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to count, read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
