Job summary

Global Partners LP in Hampstead, NH is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations.

Greet guests, assist with purchases at the POS, maintain cleanliness, replenish stock, and follow safety and quality policies. You must be flexible to work day, night, weekends or holidays, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Able to climb ladders and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock, register).
• Accurate counting, reading and writing for paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in‑stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
