Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver outstanding guest service in our store. You will welcome guests, help them find products, explain promos, and enroll them in loyalty programs while using handheld scanners and store tech tools.

A strong team mindset and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment are essential. Training will cover our service standards, store operations, and how to assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive-Up, and online ordering.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to assist guests with a welcoming attitude and problem solving.
• Attention to detail while completing tasks.
• Willing to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and store tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily store tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and questions.
• Inform guests about current promos and events.
• Know products, services, and loyalty programs to help guests.
• Explain Target App features and assist with enrollment.
• Scan and bag items accurately following safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while keeping accuracy.
