Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, answer questions, and help with a variety of in-store services. You will learn our products, promotions, and loyalty programs while assisting guests with their needs to create a quick and friendly shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Training will cover all operational tasks including digital tools and drive-up assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs to create a welcoming environment.
• Explain promos, store activities and events to guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Assist guests with Target Loyalty sign-ups and app features.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up as needed.
• Handle returns following store policies and procedures.
