Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate in our store to deliver exceptional guest service and help guests navigate products, services, and app features. You will greet guests, respond to their needs, and promote our loyalty programs and pickup options in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized, and enjoy assisting guests while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

• Explain and promote Target benefits, services, and apps to guests.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests, solve their needs, and explain promos and store offerings.
• Be knowledgeable about products, services, and Target Loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in line with safety standards.
• Help guests use Target App features like Wallet and Order Pick-Up/Drive Up.
