Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to enhance the guest shopping experience. You will assist guests, explain promotions, and help with loyalty sign-ups while maintaining accurate checkouts and a clean store environment.

Training is provided to ensure you can operate the Target app, drive-up and order pickup services, and handle returns following store policies. A flexible, team-oriented approach is valued.

• Support guest services like OPU, Drive-up and DU returns.
