Job summary

Target is hiring as a Guest Advocate, a role centered on delivering exceptional guest service and helping families enjoy everyday shopping. You will greet guests, resolve their needs, and highlight current promos while guiding them through store services like Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and Wallet features.

The position requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency while ensuring a welcoming shopping

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard to guests.
• Greet guests and assist with their daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and communicate current promos.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and maintain food safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Explain features of the Target App and direct guests to use Order Pick-Up/Drive Up.
• Assist with returns in line with Target policies and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean workspace and stock supplies during open hours.
