Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide exceptional guest service in our store. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help resolve needs while promoting loyalty programs and available services such as Order Pick-Up and Drive Up.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries to resolve needs.
• Promote Target loyalty and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about in-store and digital services (Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, etc.).
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
