Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have an easy, enjoyable shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with their needs, and communicate promotions and services available in-store and via the Target App.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to build guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests to create a welcoming experience.
• Ability to solve problems and respond to guest concerns.
• Adaptable to varied guest interactions and situations.
• Promote and explain store benefits, offerings and services.
• Familiar with Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture focused on the guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Inform guests about promos, events and store activities.
• Know store tools and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Assist guests with loyalty program sign-up and usage.
• Operate checkout, scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
