Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide friendly, efficient service and help guests with their shopping needs. You will greet guests, guide them through the store experience, and assist with questions about products, services, and promotions.

Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, solving guest concerns, and helping guests enroll in Target Loyalty programs.

• Comfort with using scanners and store tech tools.
