Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and promote store services like Drive Up and order pick-up while staying knowledgeable about the Target App and promos.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and help guests resolve issues with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Stay flexible with a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve specific needs and explain current promos and store activities.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering, directing guests to enroll and use these features.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies and procedures.
