Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests have a warm, efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and guide them on using the Target App and services such as Drive Up and Order Pick Up.

You will learn about current promos and loyalty benefits while contributing to a safe, clean store. The role is fast-paced and may require nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to develop guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• Communicating effectively with guests to create a welcoming experience.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced store environment and resolve guest needs.
• Willingness to be flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks and inquiries.
• Explain and promote features of the Target App, Wallet, and services like Order Pick Up and Drive Up.
• Assist with returns following Target policies and guide guests accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment and assist with stock during open hours.
