• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently following safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Explain features of the Target App and Wallet.
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and online ordering.
• Follow policies and assist with returns with leadership support.
• Maintain a clean work area and restock as needed.
• Stock supplies during operating hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as needed.
