The role emphasizes flexibility for varying shifts, teamwork, and the ability to educate guests on products, services, and digital tools like the Target App and Drive Up options.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver the Target service standard and resolve guest concerns.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage to create a welcoming, efficient shopping experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues using knowledge of store services.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and help guests enroll.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety standards.
• Explain features of the Target App and drive-up/order pickup options.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock as needed during shifts.
• Follow policies, protect guest information, and assist with returns as needed.
