Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and help solve problems while promoting Target services and promotions. You will learn to use store tools and apps to support guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

We value effective communication, teamwork, and a helpful attitude. Training will cover safety, policy adherence, and guest service standards to ensure a smooth shopping

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with returns, purchases, and managing promotions.
• Inform guests about current promos and store activities.
• Know store tools, products, and services to resolve issues for guests.
• Encourage enrollment in Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
