Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with products, and guide them through loyalty programs and digital tools. You will help guests with returns, drive-up and order pickup while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role requires teamwork, flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends, and a focus on safety and store standards. Training is provided to help you excel in guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist guests efficiently.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to learn and use Target App features and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with product needs and inquiries.
• Explain benefits, loyalty programs, and promotions to guests.
• Scan and bag items accurately; handle returns per policy.
• Assist with order pick-up, drive-up, and online ordering processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
