Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome and assist guests, promote services, and help them navigate our store and digital tools. You will greet guests, resolve issues, inform about promotions, and support order pick up, drive-up, and returns while maintaining a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest communication and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to resolve guest questions on the spot.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willing to use Target apps and checkout technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a friendly, helpful experience.
• Assist guests in finding products and resolving issues.
• Explain current promos and how to use Target App features.
• Scan and bag items while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Support order pick up, drive-up, and returns while following policies.
