• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and offering help.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a thank you and exit with professionalism.
• Assist peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude across the team.
• Promote and explain current promos and Target Wallet features to guests.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up operations as needed.
