Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and process transactions with accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly and helpful attitude, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to learn store benefits and digital tools to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping trip.
• Scan and bag items accurately and follow safety standards.
• Encourage use of Target App, loyalty programs, and promotions.
• Assist with order pickup, Drive Up, and returns as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team members.
