Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with product needs, and facilitate smooth shopping experiences. You will greet guests, handle transactions and help guests use the Target App and loyalty programs.

The role requires a friendly, patient attitude, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding products and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintain accuracy and safety standards.
• Explain features of Target App, benefits programs and services to guests.
• Support team members and adapt to varying guest needs and priorities.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and handle transactions as needed.
